KYLE LANHAM, President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
Kyle is the co-founder and former President of Senex Services Corp., the nation’s leading monetizer and servicer of healthcare patient accounts. He is a frequent speaker on the subject of monetization of accounts receivable at meetings of the Healthcare Finance Management Association and ACA International, the trade association for credit and collection professionals. In addition, Kyle is a member of the ACA’s Healthcare Debt Sales & Collection Services Task Force, which established national standards for the purchase and sale of healthcare receivables. He is also a member of ACA’s Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee. Kyle received his B.A. from DePauw University and his J.D. from The University of Michigan Law School.

MARK MUTZ, Vice President & Director
Mark is a Principal of Mosaic Consulting, a firm that advises clients on projects that involve a mix of financial, legal and relationship issues. He is also an officer, director and owner of a continuing care retirement community located near Lafayette, Indiana, and serves as a director of Frank Miller Lumber Company, Tower Bank of Central Indiana and several nonprofit organizations. Mark received his B.A. from Northwestern University and his J.D. from Yale Law School.

EMILY HAWK, Operations Manager
Emily was a Deputy Public Defender in Indiana handling capital post-conviction appeals. She has also worked with the Indiana Public Defender Council, Marion County courts and several Indianapolis attorneys. Emily was trained in, conducted outreach in several states for, and spoke at various national seminars on Defense-Initiated Victim Outreach in death penalty cases. Emily serves on the Steering Committee for Art for Beds, benefiting Gennesaret Free Clinics in Indianapolis. Emily received her B.A. from DePauw University and her J.D. from the University of Akron.

JOHN MUTZ, Director
John is a consultant and private investor, a former two-term Lt. Governor of the State of Indiana. He currently serves as the chairman of Lumina Foundation for Education, a billion dollar private, charitable foundation dedicated to expanding access to higher education. John was formerly a Director of Senex Services Corp., the nation’s leading monetizer and servicer of healthcare patient accounts. In addition, John has been Chairman of the City of Indianapolis Department of Water works; President of PSI Energy, Indiana’s larges electric utility; and President of Lilly Endowment, Inc., one of the five largest private foundations in the United States. John received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Advertising and Business Management from Northwestern University.
